What if you could have your chocolate pudding and eat it too!
I love chocolate and I love being able to have a sweet every now and then. What if you could have a yummy dark chocolate decadent pudding and it would hurt those wonderful curves you have?
What if I told you it would only take minutes to make and it’s healthy too?
Simple, easy dark chocolate chia pudding:
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk or other milk type alternative
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 chia seeds
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into custard cups or small glass jars and refrigerate till set (approximately 4 hours)
You can have your chocolate and eat it too.
This simple easy to make chocolate pudding is great in lunches, as an afternoon snack or pair it up with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and a good book. Take a moment and enjoy, your body will love you for it.
