1 1/4 cup coconut milk or nut milk alternative
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 chia seeds
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide pudding into small glass jars or containers and refrigerate till set approximately 4 hours.
