You can get healthy, lose weight and save money. Start at home in the kitchen. Can you change a few of the items you are eating. Maybe cut down on the sugar and the carbs. Foods like potatoes, pasta and bread products can be swapped out and you can swap in squash, sweet potatoes, zoodles (zucchini noodles), and grain free bread alternatives.
Believe it or not hydrating your body with more water can help you lose weight. Skip the sugary soda pop and juice and drink more water.
Eating more greens and vegetables will help you achieve your get healthy goals. Eat the rainbow in vegetable color. Variety is the spice of life. If you can’t afford fresh vegetables, try frozen or canned vegetables. The less processed the better. If you can throughout the year freeze and can your own vegetables and fruits. This way you know the source and you save money.
You don’t need an expensive gym membership to lose weight you can workout at home. Try searching out videos on Youtube or order your favorite workout DVD. Choosing to workout at home means you can workout when it fits your schedule and you save the monthly gym fee.

A few years ago I did the The Whole30 and lost 30lbs. It was great I felt better and it changed the way I look at food. In our house we are gluten free 100% of the time due to Celiac Disease. You have to do what works for you. Personally, I like the Paleo and Whole 30 ideas. What works for one person isn’t going to work for everyone.
